The Parent-Child Interaction Center (P-CIC) is a counseling center providing general services for people of all ages on many issues including parenting, adoption, childhood disruptive disorders, custody and divorce, and marriage/family.
Our specialty is an evidence-based program entitled PCIT, or Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. PCIT is a parenting program focusing on improving parent-child relationships and decreasing problem behaviors in children ages 2-12. This program can be adapted for younger or older children as well.
THERAPISTS:
Lisa Andrews M.S., L.P.C.
Ms. Andrews received her Master’s in Counseling from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 1995 and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 1991. Ms. Andrews is a Certified PCIT Therapist.
Sarah Carlson M.S., M.F.T.
Ms. Carlson graduated in 1993 with a Bacherlor's Degree in Psychology from The University of California, Riverside and from California State University, Fullerton, with a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling in 1996. Ms. Carlson is a Certified PCIT Therapist.
April Malcolm, L.P.N., M.S.
Ms. Malcolm graduated with her Master's in Human Development Family Studies with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University in 2008. She is a licensed professional nurse and is an Internal Family Systems trained therapist.
Monica Meyer Pankow, M.S.
Ms. Pankow graduated with her Master's in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University in 2008 and her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from North Dakota State University in 2006. Her experience lies in working with couples, families, and play therapy.

Ms. Connelly has her Associates Degree from Front Range Community College and has studied psychology and business.
